Property owners and lien holders/banks often need to assess the value of a real estate interest even if they have no immediate intention of selling the property. We provide BPO services and CMA reports to help owners make decisions about thier assets.

We also assist property owners with assessing how to most optimally improve their property. Topics include home improvement, development, subdivision, or potential uses that involve working closely with the county, engineers, contractors, and other parties that may be involved. 

We’ve worked out here in Nevada County for over a decade, assisting buyers and sellers. We also work in other counties in Northern California, as far as the Sonoma Coast. Between the two of us we have over 20 years of experience in valuation, marketing, negotiation, short sales, and many more aspects of real estate. Our fee for real estate consulting is determined by the scope of the work, and generally runs from $50 to $150 per hour depending on the assignment or project.
